1. Sign in and plans
Access to Bleanx and the scope of your workspace.
Sign in with Apple or Google; there is no separate password. Three plans are available: Explorer is free and covers your first project and Reviewers, with a one-time welcome allowance for AI and web search. Founder and Executive add more projects, a monthly AI and web search allowance and unlimited team members with no per-seat fees. You can upgrade at any time.
2. Projects
A separate workspace for each business, product or idea.
A project has a name, a content language and an optional image. Each project keeps its own map, content, history, team and settings, and data never mixes between projects. The number of projects depends on your plan.
3. Business map
An overview of the whole business and the main way to navigate it.
The Graph shows your whole business as a constellation of 12 contours and 95 modules, with lines marking the dependencies between them. Search modules by name, show or hide connections and filter by status: empty, in progress, completed or needs review.
4. Modules and sections
Where the work on each part of the business happens.
A module contains sections in a set order: text, structured forms, tables and matrices. Entered data is validated, saved to its section and reflected in the module status. A completed module can be read as one continuous document.
5. Financial forms
Financial planning inside the same connected structure.
Structured forms cover revenue forecasts, profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and more, with up to five years of forecasts where supported. Totals, subtotals and balance checks are calculated by built-in formulas, not by AI, so they never use your AI allowance.
6. AI drafts
Drafting section content from your own data.
Press Generate, the rocket button, with or without a short brief. AI receives the context the section needs: its purpose, the module rules and related saved sections. The result is a suggestion you accept, accept and edit, or dismiss. In forms, only the relevant fields change.
7. Overviews, summaries and Key Research Questions
A condensed view of the plan at module, contour and business level.
Each module has an overview, and each contour has one final summary, marked with a star on the map. Key Research Questions, the first module on the map, combines all contour summaries into the open questions of the business. When connected data changes, affected sections are marked as needing review, not rewritten.
8. Play mode
Guided, step-by-step completion of the map.
Play opens the first incomplete section and moves to the next one after each accepted result. It handles navigation only and never generates or saves content on its own.
9. Web search
External information for sections that need it.
Turn on web search before generating in supported sections. A short query goes to an external search provider, the results are added as context, and the sources are shown next to the draft for your review. Web search uses its own separate allowance.
10. Ask and Journal
Personal help inside the project and a record of its history.
Ask answers questions about where information belongs and how Bleanx works, with links to the right sections, and can also search the web. Ask conversations are private to you. Journal records manual changes, accepted AI suggestions, system events and changes by team members, and keeps your personal notes.
11. Team and Reviewers
Working on one project with other people.
On Founder and Executive, invite unlimited team members through an invitation link, with no per-seat fees. The owner chooses which contours each member can open. On every plan, including Explorer, you can add Reviewers: share your project’s Reviewer link, they send an access request, and you approve it and choose which contours they can read. Every change records its author. If a paid plan ends, the team stays, but new members can’t be invited.
12. AI models and allowances
Choosing the AI and tracking its use.
Six models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google are available, and the choice is personal for each user. Every plan includes an AI allowance and a separate web search allowance, each shown as a percentage: Explorer gets a one-time welcome allowance, while Founder and Executive renew theirs every month. How much a request uses depends on the model you choose and the context it works with. If you need more, you can buy Usage Credits at any time. They work for both AI and web search, never expire, and are used once the matching allowance runs out. When both run out, the request stops; Bleanx never silently switches to a weaker model.
The AI model lineup has since been updated. See Bleanx 1.1 for the current models and how to choose.
13. Language, appearance and data protection
Adapting the workspace and keeping project data protected.
The interface is available in English, Russian and Chinese, and each project has its own content language, used for AI drafts. Choose a Light, Dark or Ghost theme, an accent color and a map style. Each AI request receives only the context of its task, not the whole project, and Bleanx does not use project data to train AI models. In Settings you can export all your data, export a single project in Markdown, PDF or JSON, or delete your account at any time.
