Bleanx has three plans: Explorer, Founder and Executive. They differ in how many projects you can own and whether you can bring a Team into them. This guide explains the rules, including what happens when you move to a lower plan.
1. At a glance
For Team access, the project owner's plan applies. The plan of the person you invite does not matter.
Owning projects and inviting a Team depend on your plan. Working in a project you were invited to does not.
2. Project limits
Each plan sets how many projects you can own: one on Explorer, three on Founder and nine on Executive.
The first project, created when you sign up, counts toward the limit. On Founder, that means your first project plus two more. On Executive, your first project plus eight more.
You can create a new project while the number of projects you own is below your plan's limit. Deleting a project frees up a place in the usual way.
Your limit counts every project you own, including the very first one.
3. Inviting your team
On Founder and Executive, you can invite as many Team members as you need. On Explorer, new Team invitations are not available.
The project owner shares an invitation link. On Explorer, new people also cannot join through invitation links created earlier.
A person you invite does not need a paid plan of their own. What matters is the plan of the project owner.
One paid plan for the owner opens the project to the whole Team.
4. Moving to a lower plan
Moving to a lower plan never deletes your projects or removes your Team.
What stays
- All your projects, even if you now own more than the new limit. They remain available.
- Every Team member already added, with their current access.
- Managing access, removing members and leaving a project voluntarily.
What changes
- You cannot create new projects until you own fewer than the new limit.
- On Explorer, new Team invitations and joining through earlier links are closed.
- On Explorer, a member leaving or being removed does not open a place to invite a replacement.
A lower plan limits what you can add next, not what you already have.
5. Examples
A few common situations show how the rules work together.
From Executive to Founder with six projects
All six projects stay. You can keep inviting Team members to any of them. You cannot create a new project until you own fewer than three.
Founder with two projects
Two is below the limit of three, so you can create a third project.
Explorer after deleting the last project
With no projects left, you can create one new project.
Explorer with an existing Team
Members already in your project keep working. New people cannot join until you move to a paid plan.
The same few rules cover every combination of plan and project count.
6. Pending invitations
If someone tries to join while the owner's plan does not allow it, their invitation is not used up.
When the owner is back on Founder or Executive, the same link can work again, as long as it is still valid and the other checks pass.
Changing plans does not waste the invitations you have already sent.
7. Reviewers are separate
Reviewers are a separate way to give access, and the Team rules above do not apply to them.
Reviewer access requests can be accepted on every plan, including Explorer. Reviewers can view the project but cannot change its shared content.
